How Our Network Works
Who You Talk To
The first step is a short intake. It collects your project details and sorts the first questions. After that, you talk to an independent provider from our network. That provider handles the remodel itself.
We do not publish staff profiles. The people who matter for your project are the providers you meet. Each one is a separate business, not part of Strategygrow Remodeling.
What Happens on the Call
Expect a simple sequence:
- You describe the room, your goals, your budget range, and your timeline.
- The intake step notes the project type and where the home is.
- You are connected with a provider that handles that kind of work nearby.
- The provider sets up a home remodel consultation. That is a visit to measure and discuss options.
- You receive a written quote.
Call hours vary by provider. Request a callback to check provider availability.
What to Ask a Provider
Bring a short list. Good questions include:
- Are you licensed and insured for this work in my city?
- Is the quote written and itemized? What is included in the scope?
- Who pulls the permits? A permit is the local approval for certain work.
- How will you waterproof the shower or tub area?
- What is the ventilation plan for the bathroom?
- What is the timeline, and what could delay it?
- How are changes handled? A change order is a written update to the price or scope.
- What is the payment schedule?
Write down the answers. Compare them between providers.
You Are in Control
Requesting an estimate carries no obligation. You can talk to more than one provider. You can say no. Get every agreement in writing, and be careful with large deposits paid before work starts. Local rules on deposits vary.
Scope, then price. If the scope is vague, the price will be too.
