Who We Are

Strategygrow Remodeling is a referral service for homeowners planning a bathroom or kitchen remodel. We are not a contractor. We do not demolish, build, or install anything. Independent local providers do that work. We help you reach them.

Why We Exist

A first remodel throws a lot of new words at you. Scope. Allowance. Change order. Quotes arrive in different formats, and they are hard to compare. Many homeowners are unsure who to contact or what to ask.

We sort out those first questions and explain terms in plain words. Then we point you to a provider who fits the job. Plan it right at the start, and the rest goes smoother.

How Providers Are Matched

You share the basics: which room, what kind of project, your rough timeline, and where the home is. We then connect you with a provider in our network that handles that type of work in your area. Availability varies, so ask about timing early.

The focus is full-room projects. That includes custom bathroom renovations, tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in tubs and showers, luxury bath upgrades, and kitchen remodels. Small repairs and mobile home projects are usually not a fit.

What We Expect From Providers

Every provider in our network is an independent business. We ask providers to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance that local rules require
• Offer a home remodel consultation and a written quote
• Explain scope, materials, and timeline in plain language
• Answer homeowner questions politely and clearly
• Use materials suited to hot, humid weather

Check these items yourself before you sign anything. A solid provider will not mind.

What We Do Not Do

We do not set prices. We do not sign the contract for the work. We do not supervise job sites or offer warranties on the work. Your agreement is between you and the provider.

If something goes wrong on a project, talk to the provider first and review your written contract.

How We Are Paid

You do not pay Strategygrow Remodeling to be matched. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when a connection leads to a project. Your project price comes from the provider's written quote, so compare quotes line by line.

After the Remodel

We also share aftercare tips so the new room lasts in a humid climate. Run the exhaust fan during and after showers. Check caulk each year. Wipe standing water from tile and counters. Small habits protect a big investment. Built to last starts once the work is done.
